Snout OS was not designed in a startup lab. It was forged in the day-to-day reality of running an actual pet care business.
Snout started as a pet care business in Huntsville, Alabama. Carson and Leah ran it the way most people do. Spreadsheets for scheduling. Text messages for communication. Venmo for payments. A lot of manual coordination.
As the business grew, the cracks showed. Double-bookings happened. Sitters did not get instructions. Clients asked questions nobody could answer quickly. Payroll took hours. Every tool we tried solved one problem while creating two more.
So we built the platform we wished existed. Not a tool that looked good in demos but fell apart under real workload. A platform that handles the full operational complexity of pet care, from the first booking request to the last payroll run.
Snout OS is the system we run our own business on every day. Every feature was born from a real operational need. Every design decision was tested by real sitters in the field and real clients booking services.
Now we are making it available to every pet care business that is tired of duct-taping tools together.
