What counts in each plan

Active client
A pet owner who has booked a service with you in the last 12 months. Old clients who stopped booking don't count.
Sitter
Any team member with a login. Employees, contractors, or yourself. We only count currently active sitters, not people who logged in once months ago.
Service type
Dog walking, in-home sitting, boarding, grooming, daycare, and training are all included in every plan.
Payment processing
Standard Stripe fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction). Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and invoice payments have no platform fee.
Early access
Everything is free during early access while we finalize the product. You'll get plenty of notice before any plan pricing starts.

What is early access?

We are letting pet care businesses use Snout OS for free while we finalize everything. You get the full product, personal setup help, and your feedback shapes what we build next.

Is there a cost during early access?

No. Early access is completely free. No credit card required.

Can I bring my existing clients and bookings over?

Yes. We can import from Time To Pet, Gingr, PetExec, or a simple spreadsheet. We will help you do this.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are up and running within a day. We help with setup and train your team.

Do my sitters need to download an app?

No app store download needed. Sitters open it in their phone browser and add it to the home screen. It works just like a native app, including when signal is bad.

What kinds of pet care businesses is this for?

In-home sitting, dog walking, boarding, grooming, daycare, training, or any mix of these. It works for solo sitters all the way up to 100-person teams.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Everything is encrypted. We never share your data. You can export everything anytime. Your client list is always yours.
