By accessing or using Snout OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Snout OS on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Snout OS only for lawful purposes related to managing your pet care business. You agree not to use the platform to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with the platform's operation.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Snout OS. We do not claim ownership of your business data, client information, or operational records. You may export your data at any time.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for any interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
